Welcome to Supportive Approach. You may be wondering why choose us as your training provider. The answer is simple - we recognise that every individual is different, and we tailor our support to meet your unique needs. Whether you prefer voice recorded materials, Teams calls, phone calls or, where possible, local one-to-one visits, we adapt our delivery, so you feel confident, supported and able to progress.
Our business provides specialist training and consultancy for professionals working within Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) environments, as well as wider care, community and education sectors. We offer diplomas, workshops, CPD sessions and bespoke training designed to inspire and develop key workers as they adapt to evolving roles. Our approach empowers individuals to grow in confidence, competence and understanding, ensuring they can provide high-quality, inclusive support to children, young people and adults.
